What We Do
Our company specializes in helping landowners sell their property without incurring brokerage fees and realtor costs. Many landowners struggle to know where to start when it comes to selling their land and often turn to realtors, who work on a commission basis and may not consider the land valuable enough to sell. This leaves landowners burdened with the task of selling the land themselves or paying commission and other fees to an agent. This is where we come in!
We work directly with owners of vacant land throughout the United States and make cash offers for their property. We handle every detail of the transaction and close quickly, making us experts in purchasing land.
All the seller needs to do is sign the purchase agreement and we will take care of the rest, including transferring the property to a local title company and handling fees through escrow. We may also photograph, survey, and create aerial drone footage of the property and consider developing it ourselves, or selling it to a retail buyer or local developer.
