What will you do with my property once you buy it?
It depends on the situation. Our team has unique skills, including the ability to improve properties by getting them rezoned or approved for development projects. We may also bring utilities like water and sewer to the property. We may sell the improved land to local developers
and builders, or evaluate the property using photography, drone footage, and other means to determine its potential for listing it ourselves, utilizing the leverage of our marketing platform.
How quickly can you make me an offer?
It depends on how currently busy our team is. We strive to provide a solid offer within a few days. We prefer to have a team member perform due diligence and get eyes on the property, yet value your time as well, so we move as quickly as possible.
How do I get paid for my property?
We work with local title companies to handle all fees and money transfers through escrow. We find this to be the safest and easiest method for both parties.
